Customers may have experienced intermittent availability issues when accessing services routed through .shop domains, including cdn.shopware.shop, Shopware App URLs, and related CDN services.
The issue was caused by an external DNS performance problem affecting the .shop top-level root domain nameservers. Shopware infrastructure remained operational throughout the incident.
