Shopware - Planned Change to Outgoing IP Addresses – Action May Be Required – Maintenance details

Starting January 2026, we will gradually transition our platform’s outgoing traffic to a new IP address range over the course of several weeks:

ℹ️ New outgoing IP range: 185.137.156.0/27 and 18.98.3.188/30

This change will not affect all customers at the same time. If your systems restrict inbound traffic by IP, e.g. for webhooks please ensure that the new range is added to your allowlists to avoid potential disruptions during the migration period.

We recommend applying this update in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
